How to Create an Apple Wallet Digital Business Card

Create a digital business card for Apple Wallet in minutes with Aplcard—no signup, no app. Step-by-step guide to a shareable PKPass.

Paper cards get lost. Link-in-bio pages need someone to type a URL. An Apple Wallet pass sits on the lock screen stack people already open every day—one QR, one tap, your profile or payment handle.

This guide walks through creating a digital business card as a Wallet pass on pass.honrly.com. No account. No app install. You leave with a .pkpass file you can add on iPhone.

What you need

An iPhone (or Mac) to add the pass to Wallet, and the handle or URL you want people to open—LinkedIn, Instagram, Venmo, WhatsApp, or a custom link.

You do not need a developer account, PassKit certificates, or design software. Aplcard signs and packages the pass for you.

Step 1: Open Aplcard and pick a template

Go to pass.honrly.com and choose Create pass, or jump straight to a template such as /create/linkedin. Templates prefill the right field labels and QR destination so you are not starting from a blank form.

Prefer full control? Use the custom builder to mix platforms, colors, and copy on one pass.

Step 2: Add your identity and link

Enter the name or title that should appear on the face of the pass, then your handle or profile URL. The QR on the pass points at that destination so a scan opens the right place immediately.

Keep the front text short—Wallet faces are small. Put the detail in the linked profile, not in a paragraph on the pass.

Step 3: Preview, download, add to Wallet

Preview the pass, then generate and download the PKPass. On iPhone, open the file and tap Add to open Apple Wallet. On Mac, AirDrop or email the file to your phone.

Once installed, open Wallet, find your pass, and show the QR at meetups, events, or coffee chats. Recipients scan with Camera—no special app required on their side.

Tips that make the pass useful

Match the template to the job: LinkedIn for networking, Instagram for creators, Venmo or Cash App when you need to get paid. One clear job per pass beats a crowded multi-link face.

Update when your handle changes by generating a new pass and replacing the old one in Wallet. There is no account to manage on pass.honrly.com—your pass lives on the device.

Ready to try it? Start with the LinkedIn template at /create/linkedin, or browse all templates from the create page.
