These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WalletGen at pass.honrly.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use WalletGen.

The Service

WalletGen is a web tool that helps you generate Apple Wallet–compatible PKPass files for sharing social links, payment handles, and related identity information. Features may change over time. The Service is provided as-is and may be interrupted, limited, or discontinued without notice.

Not affiliated with Apple

WalletGen is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. WalletGen is not Apple Card, Apple Pay, or any Apple-issued financial product. Apple, Apple Wallet, Apple Card, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content, handles, usernames, links, and contact details you enter when creating a pass. You represent that you have the right to use that information and that sharing it via a Wallet pass or QR does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You are responsible for verifying that a generated pass works on your devices and for how you distribute or display it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for fraud, impersonation, phishing, spam, or other harmful activity
Upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, or violates others’ privacy or publicity rights
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service, its APIs, or infrastructure beyond normal use
Misrepresent WalletGen as an official Apple product or as Apple Card
Use automated scraping or bulk generation in a way that degrades the Service for others

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Intellectual property

WalletGen’s branding, site design, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service (for example, to generate your PKPass).

Third-party trademarks (including Apple’s) remain the property of their owners and are used only for descriptive purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY—INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that passes will always install, update, or display correctly on every device, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APLCARD AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply. You and we agree that disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise in your locality.
